Cosmetic Enhancements is owned by Wendy Stallard who has been practising permanent make up since 1996. She offers her clients a precision permanent make up treatment, using the highly advanced Cosmedic® micropigmentation device, as seen on ITV's 'Make Me Perfect' series. The Cosmedic® has been designed to the highest specification and is certified under ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13845 (meeting European medical and cosmetic manufacturing standards).
She uses only the finest quality pigments that have been carefully chosen for colour, quality and longevity, to create your brand new look.
