If you currently use an eyebrow pencil you'll benefit from permanent make up for eyebrows. If you have sparse eyebrows from over-tweezing, no eyebrow hairs at all, or would benefit from a special 'browlift' effect, then permanent make up for eyebrows can recreate perfectly shaped eyebrows by using a special hair stroke technique.
